sky discount

Hi I was wondering if you guys could help me.

I've just signed up to Sky. The man is coming around on Friday to put it all in.
I have Sky PLUS and the speak and see deal.

I am paying 50 pounds a month for this deal and 129.99 installation fees, it should have been 170 but they waived the fee for sky plus installation.

Obviously I would like to get some discount on this, do you think this is possible>?
If so would you wait until everything has been installed then phoned within the cooling off period or try and get a deal BEFORE the equipment has been installed?

What would be a reasonable deal ?
I was thinking still paying the 50 a month but no upfront fees....

The man coming on friday will be an engineer and will have nothing to do with any offers you or may not get from Sky.

I would tread carefully reading in full any terms and conditions of any offer you have agreed to - you may find yourself being penalised by having to pay the full cost of the box and installation if you get it wrong.

As I say if you get it wrong then you will liable for the full cost of the box and installation.
Only you can answer that question.

If it was me I would not have signed up for the deal if I was not happy with the price quoted.
I think you are asking for trouble - but it has to be your decision!
