Tesco - Offer Dates?

Hi all,
Can you tell me if theres a best time in the month/week to do your food shopping online with Tesco. By that I mean, do the offer start and stop at certain times. For example, at the moment, there are loads of good deals, but they finish on the 17th July, and the earliest delivery is the 18th July, therefore I miss all those deals. If I hold off until tomorrow or Wednesday 18th, does this mean there will be new offer on?
Does anyone know the answer to this, or is there someone which shows when the new offers start and finish?
