Had a missed call yesterday afternoon on my comping mobile from number 02075365164. Googling the number it appears to belong to Bauer Media. Is it worth giving them a call back, no message was left.

They just rang me offering a subscription for Fourfourtwo magazine
Same here!! They mentioned a competition and I perked up, and then ploughed into the three-issues-for-a-quid spiel and I ended up worming my way out of it.
I thought it was a call about a job - wouldn't have answered otherwise!!0 -
I had the same call. It was a bit of a red face moment for me to be honest. They asked whether I purchased the magazine from the shop and I tentatively said "yes" having never heard of the magazine and not remembering the comp I'd entered (could have been one of thousands). They then asked me what I specifically liked about the magazine and I was stumped. I panicked and asked them to call me back tomorrow because I was busy. I Googled it and it's a football mag. I know nothing about football! I was dreading the call tomorrow but if it's just trying to flog me a subscription then I won't answer it.
Guess I'm still waiting for my first win then.Wishing everyone the best of luck.

I say the reviews - regardless of the magazine, there is almost always a review of something0 -

Got the same call today. That moment of excitement/anticipation when they say, "You recently entered a competition..." :mad:Riekinroastie wrote: »I had the same call.
