Help required please with Payday Lenders

Hi all
Thank you for all of your helpful comments, I really appreciate it.
Wonga are now communicating with me, after I sent a letter by recorded delivery and a token payment.
Lending Stream are still not acknowledging my emails and letters. I prefer to deal with them in writing.
I have the following details for Lending Stream, does anybody have any other contact details, and if so please can you confirm these:
Emails I am using:
I am not allowed to confirm these!
Address I am using:
Lending Stream Ltd Collections Department
Wisteria Camrose House
2A Camrose Avenue
Edgware
Middlesex
HA8 6EG
If they continue to ignore my correspondence, can I make a complaint to the FCA? What would be my best cause of action, as this is becoming very frustrating when all I am trying to do is resolve the situation. I am fully aware that they are doing this to add interest to the loan, however, I can only pay what I have.
Thank you in advance for any help offered. I really cannot believe how silly I was for taking out these loans, never again!

Those are the correct details for Lending stream, head your letter "complaint", if you still have no joy, contact the FOS on there helpline number, explain Lending stream are not responding to your letters/emails, the FOS will then write to them for you, telling them they have a complaint to deal with.
It could just be they have a lot of complaints to deal with and there may be a back log, you could ring them, that would be the simplest option in this situation, they do have a complaints procedure in place, so its unclear why they are ignoring you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
