Completion statement help

I have brought a house with cash

Exchanged contracts and money paid in full to solicitor.
Completion date 15th aug.

Had letter saying my solicitor has not received the completion statement from the other solicitor as of yet.

What does this mean?
Does it mean nothing is final? The date she said 15th aug

I believe it's a statement of costs,

Such as the amount from new lender, amount being paid to current lender to clear current mortgage. (in your case where the money is coming from, ie: your bank account) Your contributions and how much searches and solicitor has cost etc.

Also, nothings final until those keys are in your hands!!
