Hi was wondering were I could get wide fitting flat shoes as I have to wear callipers after having a spinal cord injury. Physio recommended Hotters, but I would love something more up to date and dresser! I always have trouble getting shoes and has resulted me in wearing trainers all the time.

Have you tried Ecco? I have broad feet and have to wear orthotics in my shoes. Some Ecco shoes come with a removable footbed which mean it can be replaced with something specific to your needs. They're not the cheapest but they are broad and comfortable.
I have these (in red) from Hotter:

They're broad-fitting, very comfortable, have a removable footbed and aren't as 'old fashioned' as most of Hotter's shoes.Norn Iron Club Member 3300 -

Hotters have very much come into the 21st century and now have some very up to date styles. Have a look at their website and you could be quite surprised.0 -

Hi thank you all for your replies, much appreciated. Got a pair of Hotters (extra wide) and they fit with the callipers brilliantly!0
