Now Barclays have fully taken control of ING mortgages, does anyone have a clue how to access my mortgage account on the Barclays website
To register it says you must enter card details which obviously I don't have, not having a current account with them

Try Woolwich rather than Barclays...I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Are Barclays still running the ING mortgage book on the existing platform? Unlikely they'll transfer the data across as the old mortgage book will be run down over time and any new products will be from the Barclays stable.0

The ING website doesn't work now, surely I can still access my account online from Barclays/Woolwich?0

From the letter we received-: " You will receive your online login details in the week following the move. If you already have Barclays Online Banking access you can use your existing login details."
The move was on the 9th so new details should be received sometime soon.Herman - MP for all!0 -
