Disabled, on benefits, CSA?

Can anyone advise me how much i should be paying for my kids? I am a disabled man on £89 weekly Incapacity benefit plus £60 weekly DLA. Is my DLA taken into account for CSA maintanence payments? I have 2 kids who live with my ex wife and her partner. I have them on average 1 night a week staying with me.

It will be the flat rate of a fiver out of your incapacity benefit.0

You mentioned that the children stay with you for 1 night a week. If this occurs regularly then the £5.00 Maintenance will be reduced to Nil.

No it won't - there is no reduction for shared care when the flat rate is in payment.0
