Monday - meatballs and spaghetti ( made with sausages. Remainder to freezer for toad in the hole next week or weekend)
Tuesday - Vegetable gratin and potato wedges. (Have a few potatoes to use up and makes a change from pasta and rice)
Wednesday -Stir fry turkey and vegetables.
Thursday -Pasta bake with cheese and bacon sauce.
Friday - Lamb chops with potatoes and vegetables
Lunches - pesto pasta salad,bagels with hummus and salad, bagels with ham and salad.
Tuesday - Vegetable gratin and potato wedges. (Have a few potatoes to use up and makes a change from pasta and rice)

Keep forgetting to post my menus but I do find I tend to stick to it more if I do post, IYKWIM!
S - chicken chasseur with mustard mash
M - mixed bean goulash with rice (a girl called jack recipe)
T - gammon steak, egg, HM chips & beans
W - Brazilian seafood casserole with rice (a Slimming World recipe)
T - Coq au Vin with mash
F - Burger & onions in bun
S - Pork chops - not sure what I'll do with them yet but possibly a sweet & sour

Not in order, but here's my plan for this week:
Goats cheese and tomato lasagne.
Taco bake with rice & salad.
Coconut peanut chicken satay stir fry with jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables.
Baked camembert pasta with vegetables.
Pasta bake with vegetables and meatballs (Quorn).
Roasted sweet potato risotto with bacon (soya for me, real for OH).
BBQ quesadillas with pineapple mango guacamole.0 -
Weekly menu plan which is mainly out of the cupboards and freezer so not as exciting as usual but it is very money saving!
Monday - HM sausage 'burgers' with potato wedges, salady stuff, garlic pitta's and HM sweetcorn fritters
Tuesday - HM pizza with ham, chorizo, olives, mushrooms and mozzarella
Wednesday - Bacon casserole with herby dumplings and new potatoes
Thursday - Frittata with beans and wedges
Friday - Keema curry with HM flat bread and veggie rice
Saturday - Sausage casserole with yorkshire puds

I'm trying for a healthy and cheap week, using up what I've got in as much as possible.
T - Pork and veg Teriyaki stir fry
W - Pork and veg Cantonese stir fry with noodles
T - Mushroom and mozzarella risotto with corn cobs
F - Grilled cajun chicken wraps with salad, avocado and corn cobs
S - Chicken salad wraps
S - BBQ ribs with veg fried rice
There's toast for breakfasts, fruit and yogurt for snacks and lunches will be cheese / tuna and sweetcorn / baked beans on sandwiches / toast / baked potatoes with salad.0 -
Tuesday - Chicken chow mein
Wednesday - Veg curry & egg fried rice
Thursday - Sweet & sour pork with boiled rice
Friday - Fish, new spuds & peas
Sat - Jacket potato & cauliflower cheese
Sun - Pork chops, veg & roasties.
Lunches will be: HM Leek & potato soup, HM veg & lentil soup, ham sandwiches and egg on toast

Wed: Dhal, rice, naan bread and salad.
Thu: Fish in parsley sauce, boiled potatoes and steamed veggies.
Fri: Pinwheels, fries and spaghetti hoops.
Sat: Chicken and mushroom pie, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and gravy.
Sun: Spanish chicken and rice.
Lunches: Mini tortilla pizzas, sandwiches, leftover pinwheels, wraps.
Breakfasts: Cereal, porridge, granola, fresh fruit, dried fruit, crumpets.0 -
