Facebook log in problem.

Hi,
Have all of a sudden not being able to log in to Facebook.Cannot get past the page where it asks for a mobile phone number.Sent an email and they asked for official ID to prove my identity.Sent a copy of my Birth Certificate.Have heard nothing since.
Anybody else had this problem ?
If so did you find a way around it ?

Created a new account was the way i got round it
then another, then another, then another

I'm having the same problem. I've tried loads of times to have the code sent to my mobile but it doesn't work. The hotmail or e-mail codes don't work either.:(:mad:ABCDEFGHIJKL:jNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0

I think they are having enormous problems sending texts at the mo I've been locked out of my old account for several days despite requesting a code repeatedly, opened new account and they don't seem able to send text to confirm that either so it's only a matter of time until it happens again.
I'm certainly not sending them any documentation, they aren't that important, hardly ever win on Facebook.0 -
I've just removed my number as it was showing publicly even when I asked them not to!
So no doubt I'll be locked out too!

I know this sounds stupid but if my old account can't be reactivated what happens with all my "likes" have I lost them? Will I just have to take a chance on being notified of any wins through e-mail? Not that I'm having much luck lately:rotfl:ABCDEFGHIJKL:jNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0
