thetrainline via Quidco and using Paypal

I'm about to book a rail ticket for Wednesday on thetrainline.com via Quidco. Quidco just offered the option of linking to Paypal for extra discount, which I accepted. However, if I pay that way presumably I wouldn't be able to collect the tickets using my card at my local station as usual. If that's the case it's no advantage for journeys just a few days away. Am I right in my thinking?
Thanks

Replying to my own message - using Paypal wasn't worth it for thetrainline as there was a 30p charge, so I defaulted to my card as usual.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0

Thetrainline charges fees so it will be cheaper to use a different website.

I tend to use East Coast Trains for all my train ticket purchases (whether travelling on an EC route or not); no fee, and I can collect them an hour later from my local station. I can't imagine why anyone uses the trainline.comNo free lunch, and no free laptop

First Hull trains currently offer the best cashback percentage on Quidco and there's no fee. Plus link your Nectar card and you get those points too.Keep reading books!

But the booking fee via their website is £1.50-the cashback won't cancel that out on a typical ticket purchase? No free lunch, and no free laptop

To answer the original question, by linking your paypal account to your quidco account you're agreeing to receive your cashback payments via paypal, along with the bonus. How you shop in order to get cashback is up to you and has nothing to do with it, so you can still pay for stuff however you like.
To echo others, any extra cashback received for trainline will be blown away by their fees, you should use Hull Trains for no fees, cashback and nectar points.0
