Is honey a good substitute for sugar?

Apparently, fructose (HFCS) is the only sugar that the body can't break down; it goes straight to the liver and is laid down as fat. For this reason, it is known as 'white poison'. I watched a programme a couple of years ago, and they were blaming the increase in obesity on the fact that fructose is used in junk food and fizzy drinks because it's so much cheaper than other sugars. At long last, the experts are beginning to realise that sugar is worse than fat for weight-gaining problems.KNIT YOUR SQUARE TOTALS:
