Hi
We have had a mortgage with RBS since 1991. Never missed a payment except once when we changed banks (Paid immediately over the phone). We are coming to the end of a 3 yr DMP with PayPlan (who have been fantastic).
My question is;
Is it worth looking to get a better deal on our mortgage given our poor credit history, or should we just stick with the current mortgage at RBS? We pay £617 pm for an £105,000 mortgage and is a variable rate mortgage.

You may have limited remortgage options at the moment, but there's nothing to stop you asking RBS what customer retention products it has for you to consider.I am a mortgage broker.
