credit file - defaults and CCJ's

Hello all,
I have an issue with my credit file, what i can only describe as a complete mess.
The first issue I have is with CCJ's - I have a total of four on my credit file - three in my previous name and one in my maiden name. The defaults are dated from 2013 and at my ex partners address. We seperated in 2011 and the day after I moved out, his mistress moved in. She had an instant dislike to me and has been known to cause trouble. My concern is that these CCJ's were not caused by my actions, and I can find very little information on them. Does anyone know how I can obtain copies of the paperwork and appeal these CCJ's?
The second issue is the same but with defaults. It also appears that I have defaults for someone else on my credit file - at an address I haven't lived at but the person has a similar name. These defaults are for various things like mobile phone contracts and utility companies. Does anyone know how I can correct these?
I would be grateful for any help and advise offered, I was hoping to apply for a mortgage but I think that wont be happening for a while...

When you left the propety were all your bills paid upto date? New address supplied to those still active?
If you have your credit file the contact details should be there.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Regarding the defaults that are not yours, contact the CRA reporting them and raise a dispute. They should look into that,:beer:0

when I moved out of my ex's house, the bills were put into his name and my name were taken off (his house, his mortgage). I had no debt when I left, only one credit card which was,and still is, paid in full every month.
thanks for all replies so far0 -

Only way to get details would be to contact the courts concerned.
Sounds like your shoudl also be reporting this to the Credit Reference Agencies and the authorities as ID fraud.
