Hi,
Just posted this on the Reclaiming charges forum but thought I'd share it with you as it means once the money lands I can clear out both overdrafts!!!!
I followed the advice on the main site and HSBC wrote to me at the weekend and offered me the princely sum of £1532.25 to stop the court proceedings I'd initiated against them! I've replied that I will stop the proceedings once the money is in my account...!
Bank charges reclaiming is still worth a punt for DFWs who haven't reclaimed bank charges there's a lot of help on the main site, on this forum, and on the CAG (Consumer Action Group) boards.
Good luck if you decide to go with it.
lmw

P.S. This is why I've been non-active for quite a few days as the claim was in the latter stages I've been swotting up on the relevant law and trying to get my court bundles together!!!! But I'm around and about now!!!!
