I live in NI and will be spending a few days in thr Rep of Ireland. My network is Vodafone. Can anyone advise me what way roaming charges work especially if I'm calling back to NI and calling another Vodafone number

Place the Vodafone Ireland extra on your account (£5/month) & you can use your tariff as if you're still in the UK (inc. data)0

I think you need to pop into a Vodafone shop to switch Ireland Plus on or off, but you'll only be charged the monthly £5 pro rata for the days that you have activated the service.0
