leeds valuation report

We have now recieved our valuation report frim the leeds an it is £10,000 less that asking price on new build with barratts. What happens now? As we are using htb will it still make a difference as with the htb it makes our deposit around 35k for a house worth 176995. It literally feels like one thing after another im about ready to give up hope!
