For the benefit of those debating the merits of using a broker or not

I spoke to an broker earlier today who took a few details, explained the most suitable products but highlighted this is a semi unusual case and would potentially throw some lenders and said he would speak to the BDMs at Woolwich and Accord tomorrow to explain the case before submitting to ensure no hiccups, on a fee free basis

Could not have been more impressed, complete opposite to the advisers i spoke to in branch and on the phone
