to the csa it doesnt matter if he bought, clothing, school trips ect, they are only interested in seeing money going through bank accounts, as far as im aware there are no time limits on moneys owed, i cannot answer your other questions as i do not no

It will all depend when a reassessment was asked for. They shouldnt go back further then when the reassessment was requested by the PWC.0
