Hi guys
I have been paying Lowell finance £150 for well over 3 years now never missed a payment. Original debt was over 10k its not approx 4.4k.
All debts dropped off my credit report but well aware I have to keep paying these !!!!!!s.
Any way I can offer a settlement say 2 grand? Or less?
Really just want it over now.
Any success stories?
Thanks in advance.

What Harvey means is, if its an old debt, and it was for a loan, creditcard, catalogue account, the original creditor most likely will not have the correct paperwork for this account, so it is always worth putting in a CCA request for a copy of your original agreement.
Make the request to Lowell, send a £1 statutory fee, if there are paperwork issues, it could mean you getting a much better full and final settlement from them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
