mortgage when pregnant

Hi

So stressed out live in Belfast, our house sale has fell through twice in last eight months time wasters. Anyway is back on market with a lot less interest 2 bed terrace. We have a mortgage promise from nation wide. I have only found out I am 9 weeks pregnant. Do you have to declare to mortgage companies, I am wondering will we even get a mortgage now. We earn 26k and 28k plus. My maternity pay is 90% for 6 weeks, 50% for 12 weeks, then statutory. Though I will have holidays to take on full pay. We were looking at mortgage with about15% deposit possibly more. Have excellent credit ratings.

Thanks stressed!

It is far too early for you to be declaring anything, even to your friends.

    Good luck with the baby.
