Thanks, so I've printed the voucher out and now trying to validate the code number but it says invalid voucher number. Quite confused to be honest, and none the wiser about how and where and what I spend!!

I booked this as it showed two locations in my county. Once I got the voucher and code I logged in to book and there's no choice of any in my county or anywhere near me!! Be careful.

Mine is the same. It listed at least 3 near me. I've received my voucher today and there are none anywhere near me.
A complaint will be going in!

Oh same area as me!

Ridiculous isn't it? I emailed kgb and they said they will refund me within 3-4 days

I've also emailed for a refund, load of rubbish if you ask me. No idea how to spend it and apparently my voucher is valid only at Bath Racecourse, about 150 miles away!!!
