The good news is that your income appears to exceed your expenditure by over £400 a month.
I guess a good starting question is do you have that amount spare each month and if so what do you spend it on? are you saving it?
How many people is your budget for? Some of your costs look really high (Internet at £85) and some look low/ or surprising that you don't spend on. E.g you only have down £120 a year for presents/christmas etc and it looks like you have at least 1 child - is that realistic over a year?
Also you are spending a lot on petrol but haven't budgeted anything for MOT/tyres/ car maintenance etc - again is that realistic over a year?

You've put nothing in for Christmas or other celebrations (this may be the case but in the majority of people it isn't). You did put £10 in for birthdays though.
What is it you need help with as well, as you haven't actually said?0 -

According to this, you never pay for dental or health treatments. You never go out except for a meal or to drink (no family stuff, trips, days out etc) It doesn't indicate how many people are in your household or suchlike.
I think you might need to rethink your SOA, to be honest, there seems to be a lot missing, and you don't say what you actually want help with!Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
