Forgot to say it should contain all the "prescribed terms" applicable to the account, for example, interest rate, credit limit, how and when to make payment etc etc, should also contain yours and there's signatures.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Also I sent the CCA request to them on 4th May and received the "agreement" last week-so they took almost 3 months to find it or to make it !!!! They did send me a huge twice size A$ crdit agreement during this time with nothing on only my name and address and the spelling of the name was altered-very clearly changed an o for a y-I found this almost amusing x0
