Pay off CC or keep for moving costs

Hi,
My girlfriend and I are looking to move house soon, have a mortgage broker to work with but I have one question which may be able to be sorted before I speak to my broker or any potential lenders.
I have a interest free CC with £2k on it, we have £2k saved up in bank account which the plan was to use towards fees to help with moving i.e estate agent and booking fee..
Would I be better off paying the CC off now?
We have £55-60K equity on the property dependent on sale price which we could use after the sale to pay the moving fees?

In truth it depends how close to the bone you are with affordability; lenders will take a certain %age of the CC balance as a monthly commitment, but whilst it could be 5%; that's not a massive amount on a £2000 balance, so if £100 a month is going to make or break your application, pay it off.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks - we should be OK and I plan to pay off the CC debt with the equity during the process so we start with a clean slate...0
