There has to be a balance in life. CATRUS you have kept Vodafone waiting for their money a a good few weeks if not months. Now you complain that their rep on here is taking more than a FEW hours to get back to you!!!
Perhaps you could tell us how long actually you have kept them waiting?

Looking at other posts it is quite usual for it to take at least a couple of working days for the vodaphone rep on here to get back to posters. They haven't loggedf in to MSE since their first post on this thread so I wouldn't expect an answer just yet.

Did you send a letter to the debt collectors in the meantime? If not I would do this as the sooner you send the letter the sooner calls and harrasment will stop.
Are they still phoning you daily?

To all that helped me with the letter templates I thank you! They lowered the monthly payment and also let me pay by standing order so thank you! You lot are awesome!
