Any news on redemption fees report

I read ages ago that the FSA (or something similar) had given mortgage providers until July 2007 to set out their redemption or exit fees policy and costs clearly - including justification for raising the fee during the period of a mortgage.
Does anyone know if this has been published yet - or when it is likely to be?
I'd love to know what the position is since our fee has been changed in name and upped from £95 to £295 from when we took out the mortgage.
I keep checking the media, but nothing so far...
