Aww linzi i feel for you after all this time to get an undervalue is gutting! Is it by much? Could you get the difference from somewhere?

If not what are your next plans?

I am told we will hear more info tomorrow AM, either a yes/no/more documents needed...praying its a yes subject to valuation.

Asking price 176995 and they valued it at 165000 so 10000 difference and we just dont have that money on top of our deposit. We are lookibg at other lenders now. More waiting...really fed up now
