The following terms and conditions (in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions) apply:

• Prize draw entries may be submitted from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 6th August 2014 until midnight on Sunday, 24th August 2014. Entries received before or after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.
• Web entry: entrants must complete the registration form at www.jurysinns.com/competition to submit an entry into the prize draw.
• A person may enter the prize draw only once.
• All prizes are strictly subject to availability and some close out dates may apply.
• The prize cannot be redeemed against bookings already made and is only valid for a future stays with Jurys Inn.
• The prize is as stated and no alternative is available. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
• Prize draws and competitions are only open to persons aged 18 years or over.
• Winner(s) will be selected at random after the closing from all valid entries received. The selection is final and no further correspondence will be considered.
• Winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 5 work days of the closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send Jurys Inn full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered (if applicable).
• If Jurys Inn cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the time of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Jurys Inn's sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of their postal address to Jurys Inn within 14 days of notification that they have won, Jurys Inn Hotel reserves the right to draw a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
• Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize. Jurys Inn accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
• By entering any of Jurys Inn’s online prize draws and competitions you agree to have your name and details announced on jurysinns.com and/or in Jurys Inn newsletters.
• This prize draw is not open to employees of Jurys Inn Group, their families or anyone connected to the prize draw.
• By entering this prize draw, entrants consent to Jurys Inn processing their personal information in accordance with the terms of Jurys Inn Privacy Policy.
