Advice needed - to pay or to save?

Hi,
I have been on a DMP since my separation in 2011. Finally after a very long battle we have finally reached agreement (via the courts) for the division of assets.
I am very fortunate to have £15k sat in my account at the moment.
Trouble is my debts are £30k.
I have tried to do full and final settlement negotiation. Moorgate and Idem said no and Santander messed me about by saying yes to a settlement then not abiding by their promise. So I still owe them £900. NRAM wouldn't even acknowledge my letter.
To say I feel a bit jaded by the whole full and final process is an understatement.
Stepchange have a policy of not favouring one creditor over another - so I am stuck really. I did pay off the joint debts because they were included in the consent order and StepChange agreed to this.
Any advice please? I am not adverse to paying these debts and even waiting until they are paid in full. However, I feel terrible about having this money sat there and not using it.
I am presently paying £600 a month to 5 creditors so each one is getting a good percentage of the debt each month - hence the reason why they are so adverse to settling.
Should I just settle the ones I can afford and let StepChange know which ones have been paid?
