Not too sure about monthly increses but the flat beneath me had an open day two Saturdays ago and they had 12 viewings in 2.5 hours with the first to see offering the asking price of £180k so it went to sealed bids with the flat being sold for £191k. I am amazed!0

Mine seems to have lost £13,000. I demand compensation from zoopla.0

Why do you keep posting such idiocy? Can you not at least change your user name if you are going to proceed with it? It's painful to see such lack of financial knowledge posted by someone who pretends to be familiar with the subject.
Your house move is dominated in any short period by idiosyncratic risk, yet you keep acting as though it tracks a more general index.
Do you even understand why this does not work?0 -

sounds like roger is paying 9k for some *uant loving.
it's certainly more believable than a made up 9k monthly increase in house value.Martin has asked me to tell you I'm about to cut the cheese, pull my finger.0 -
It's made the same its made every other month this year. Nice to have a micro business at home
. Should think about expanding sometime soon, if was more money motivated.

I was doing fine ..... until today. Overnight it dropped £5k
The "purely July" zoopla figure is +£8,568
It's not profit though is it ..... it's some airy fairy, guesstimate of what some other poor s0d will have to pay extra compared to last month ... and you can't spend it.0
