Just when you thought this utter scumbag of a company couldn't stoop any lower, they send me this:

Hate is a strong word, but I hate Toluna.
(pic is of a Bait + Switch - Offer a £30 incentive, switch it to a 1800 points survey)

If you had the right demographic, completing the survey could have led to the higher payment.0

It says it is a telephone call that earns you the £30?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

The two were completely unrelated. Clicked through to the survey and qualified/completed.
Just a sham of a company.
Sham is a strong word. How about someone putting the invitation package together put the wrong email subject line with the wrong survey and their proofreading processes are utterly inadequate?0 -

It does. Until you read the main body text which is for just an 1800 point survey. An 1800 point survey which does NOT lead to a £30 call.Sham is a strong word. They do this all the time. Long term Toluna sufferers know that they do this on a weekly basis. 10,000 point survey invites often turn into 1000 point ones, hey, it's just a zero!
As I said, an utter sham of a company. A number of reviews on Surveypolice back me up.

The same survey though? Most of these companies operate "routing" systems, where if you are screened out of one survey you get put forward for another one straight away, which will be for a different incentive.0 -
I got a similar one through from Toluna a couple of weeks back. Not sure if they are being incompetent or deliberately misleading.0

12 weeks and counting ,, waiting for a £10 asda voucher to be sent to me
I asked last week if there was any update on the voucher and if the points could be put back on to my account so I could claim a different reward.
Toluna's response =We would like to start by apologizing for any inconveniences caused by this unpleasant situation.
Our Incentive Team is working on this with high priority and we can assure you that the outstanding vouchers will be sent as soon as possible.
Please do not reply to this email, we will leave the support case open until the issue is solved.0 -
