tesco extra points they will not pay them

been getting pre orders on dvds 200 extra points per dvd now they will not pay points saying no such offer eny one no if this true cos its on extra point site not pleased as spent lot money

The extrapoints site still shows this offer with an expiry date unknownExtra 200 Tesco Clubcard Points when you pre-order any DVD or Blue-Ray Films & TV
No sign of it on the Tesco site, was it showing on there when you pre-ordered?0
