Don't know if this is of any help, but you can get 6 free Country Companions greeting cards from 24studio when placing an order.

Beware!! I ordered a bale of towels for £7 at 24Studio, they never came, I got fed up of waiting, cancelled my account, I then got an invoice for £30 'non payment charge' even though I never got my order! It took *weeks* to sort out, even though I live in a private CCTV covered street and could prove no courier had visited me since I made the order. I was sworn at by managers, called a theif, asked if I could trust my neighbours, told 'we get a lot of people like YOU ordering'

For a crappy £7 towel bale I'd rather not bother!! I got sent the free cards some weeks later, they were so tiny you could barely write your name on them - I sent them back, because I'd never touch that company again with a ten foot pole!

I had a similar experience with the customer service. I was reviewing the website process and 'accidently' ordered some cusion covers. Now I wasn't annoyed about this as it was my fault for not noticing it was a catalogue and needed no payment details at all for any type of personal recognition.

However when I phoned to ammend the order I was told that there is no way for the customer services to ammend or delete orders made over the internet and I would have to accept the order and send it back - are they in the stoneage or what!

Thanks for your feedback KittyKate and bazzais. I'm so sorry to hear that you've both had such awful experiences with Studio. I can certainly understand why you're annoyed! What a terrible way for them to treat you.

Personally, I haven't had any problems... ...yet! - Fingers crossed with this order!

I used to work for these as a manager and left because of some of the points made by other people and the fact they have the worst courier company ever (used to be white arrow) they would just dump parcels anywhere. My one piece of advise is if you do order anything pay upfront cos if you miss the payment date when half the time statements havent gone out they put the admin charge on and will not remove it. I got a written warning for remove £2000 worth of charges so I promptly handed in my notice. A bad company and I can say this from the inside.
