Can anyone recommend a good, reliable, experienced Travel Agent or a particular member of staff in a good Agency, whose main interest is not just how much commission they can make out of you. On this occasion I prefer to have the financial back up which is not generally there when you book flights, accommodation etc separately yourself. Greater Belfast, North Down side preferable, but would be prepared to consider any Agent which meets my needs as a lot of communication can now be done via e-mail or telephone.

Why not just use the likes of Thomson direct?

You can plug in all the parameters you want and you can tell it you want to go ANYWHERE - which a lot of sites dont.
They also allow you to pick couples holidays, family, platinum, gold, etc, as well as your usual 2 star, 3 star, 4 star, 5 star, and self catering right through to all inclusive.
Also, theres links to tripadvisor so you can see independent reviews. You then also get the opportunity to pay a deposit now, and pay off the balance closer to the time.
We've used them for several holidays now. No hassles at all.0 -
Ulster Travel in Dungannon. Most of the booking can be done via email and telephone
They always provide a brilliant service and will beat any price you may already have.
The girls are fab in the office, I would not book anywhere else. We always use them for business & leisure.
I do not work for them or have any connection by the way0 -
Oasis Travel - any of their branches. Extremely helpful and professional.
(and no, I don't work for them)0
