I have won!!!!! well I think I have always a wonderfull feeling but how many of us really do.

Please can anyone help?

how do I know that when I call this number it is not charging me the money I have alledgedly won? Are they ways or means one can find out about these things?

Its a scam unfortunatly, you can have a search in google for parts of the first part of the email you can check sites like this one also http://www.fraudaid.com/ScamSpam/Lottery/lottery_scam_names.htm

you'll find loads of references to these emails, i had one the same a couple of months ago.
