Mortgage help please

Hi.
A bit complicated but please bear with me. 18 months ago my wife and I seperated but we had a joint IVA ongoing. The IVA has 2 years left to run and I have agreed to keep the payments going on it. When the IVA has finished in 2 years our house has to be sold and the equity has to be split between us as part of the financial agreement. I am worried about how this will effect my chance of getting another house. I have a relativley well paid job which I have done for over 13 years and never missed a payment on anything but had to get an IVA as soon as we realised we couldnt keep payments up on our financial commitments. When the IVA has been completed in 2 years time and my house is sold I will be free of debt and eill have a large amount of disposable income but in the current climate I cant see a mortgage lender giving me a mortgage. Has anyone on here had similar dealings or can help put my mind at rest as to what might happen in 2 years time? Thanks in advance.

In addition, I have been with the same mortgage provider on my current house for 13 years now but dont know if that will count for anything.0
