Tesco missing items. – What to do?

Ordered 2 x Fosters Lager 24x440ml Cans and some wine.

If the delivery man turns up tonight without the 2 x Fosters Lager 24x440ml what should Tesco offer me?

I used the £15 voucher for £50 spend.

Can I refuse to take part of the order if they substitute the Fosters Lager and would I still get the £15 voucher if I have refused part of the order as would have only spent £30.

Every order I have had from tesco has been wrong with things missing. I have used the £15 off £50 vouchers and when I call them to get the refund for the stuff they didn't bring, they never mention the voucher and it always comes off the bill even though I only ended up spending less than £50. Oh and I always get the delivery charge refunded too as they didn't provide the service I paid for... worth complaining for. Good luck.

You don't have to accept any substitutions, so don't worry about that, if they try and substitute things and you don't want them, just tell the delivery guy and he'll sort it out. I never spend £50 by the time offers have been discounted, but I still get the £15 off, so that will be fine too.

You can choose not to have substitutes when you go to purchase on the tesco website!

They are having problems with the website, so even if you put "no substitutes" to all, they will still deliver some. However, you can return ANYTHING you want, even items that were not substituted if you find the condition they arrive in unacceptable.

Be sure though to check if you really have been refunded, as in 80% of the cases, Tesco will "forget" to refund you. Just email them and they will sort it out straight away!

Oh dear, it sounds like people who have ordered 2 cases of fosters and not received them also did not get the £15 voucher taken off.

If that happens to me the whole lot will be going back. First time I have shopped with Tesco online as well!

had fosters subbed with carling which was £5 more per case!
phoned about being subbed with more expensive items & charged as such so they refunded the differ ( £ 25 ) so more than happy !
different beer but same price !
