I also froze an apple crumble the other day in a mini pyrex ( actually its a "smartprice" pie dish) cost 99p and will of course go in the oven.:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Soup. Soup is dead easy to make and freezes easily. Put it into small plastic containers like the ones you get at chinese takeaways and freeze. Each one holds a portion of soup.0

PMSL at this - I am madly batch cooking to have loads on hand for when my FIRST baby is due - it's arriving on Tuesday and I only really got started cooking this weekI am maldy batch cooking to have loads on for September when my 3rd baby is due.

Don't think my freezer will live up to your standards (well do0ne though, that's impressive! :T ) but I'll hopefully cadge a few pots of nutritious goodies from MIL and Mum when the time comes ...
