I dont think VM do offer retnetion deals to anyone on BTLs and if you want additional borrowing I think its at 9% - I thought they had ti wrong but spoke to someone else who echoed the original person I spoke to.

It was about 2 months ago when I last had to speak directly to them, that's when I asked about retentions and was told they were looking into them, just wondered if anyone had any experience of them since then, maybe one of you brokers being given a snippet of info on retentions. Guess i'll find out when I enquire over the fixed rate ending.
