Tax back ?

I have recently changed my job within my company and have gone from 35K with company car and a tax code of 239T to a job paying 25K with no company car and normal tax code.

my question is am I eligible for any tax refund for the first 4 months of this tax year ?

Thanks in advance

As your tax code has increased then you will get an automatic refund the first time the tax code is used.
