Hi, i haven't worked for hidenda but replied to one of their ads and i got a phone call from the internal recruiter today called Trudie Powell.
Litle skeptical as I've never heard of then and who they are, but the position is a work from home telesales position developing a cold call into a warm lead. the commission structure looks ok, hidenda . com / commission
I told her i need to think about the role as i haven't worked from home before. i looked for them on linkedin and no presence also the website looks a tad shoddy as does the so called "TV ADVERT" What do you think?
according to trudie the job offers a 20K basic plus commission after 10 warms leads have been generated.0 -
Hi - I tried to work for their 'Return Packs' section and went through their training session. The training (in essence) was fine (returning packs stated 45 minutes training - this was almost 2 hours) and their trainer was competent. My main issue was their utter indifference to correcting software issues they had.
They incorrectly assigned me to their 'cold-calling' software which meant, whilst I was expecting to ask someone 'do they think they would be returning their pack soon' - in actual fact I was calling someone who didn't have the first clue why they were being contacted |(IE, I was added to the software that was 'Cold Calling' people instead of asking them to return their packs). Trying to contact Hidenda and ultimately correcting this was, without exaggeration, a farcical experience - if they tell you someone is on a break; this means they are on a 2 week holiday (I kid you not!)
If it works for you then fine. However, omg if you ever find yourself trying to contact them to put you on the right software and you get 'we'll get back to you' - it was just a ridiculous mare.
It ultimately transpired that they called me and 'intimated' that I had 'perhaps not progressed as much as I should have' and we should just leave it at that. Considering the barriers that were put up, I agreed and hung up.0 -

What can I say about Hidenda. I left my job to work for the company, sat on the phones for 18 hours got 10 leads, was given a email to say when I had got 10 I would get a perm contract, thought fab, called hidenda today to ask bout contract and they tell me they have made redundancies, bear in mind I only did these calls last thurs. I made 117 quid I commission to be told I wont be getting anything. I would strongly advice anyone to stay away from this company.0

I worked for Hidenda for just over 3 months and yes I didi get the 20K basic but received an email on 8 May to say had been made redundant and that I would get paid at the end of the month including 1 weeks pay instead of notice. Hope I get it.0
