Mortgage without permanent residence

Hi

I am a non-EU member married with an EU member; We have been living in the UK for more than 6 years and I've been working on an EU family visa EEA2 which expires in 3 months. I've automatically qualified for ILR however our documentation is currently with the Home Office as were wait for my permanent residence card EEA4. I am worried I won't receive it in time to secure our mortgage. (our offer has been accepted). Therefore, we need to find a lender who will grant us a mortgage that doesn't require ILR. Can you advise any lenders? Any suggestions?

We are FTB, good credit history and have 30% deposit.

Thanks

Speak to a whole market broker and establish the options open to you. This will ensure you don't just get one lender which may or may not have the best deal for you.

I'm an EU member and my wife in non EU, also here with EU rights due to our marriage.
We got our mortgage in 2010, after we were here for about 2 years, without any ILR documentation, from HSBC. Don't think you need to worry much, unless things have changed.
