Do all Estate Agents in Northern Ireland use either propertynews.com or propertypal.com?
Does anyone know of any that do not use either site?
I am a home seeker trying to find out if there are houses slipping my net that I do not know about.
Hillsborough, Lisburn, Drumbo, Ballylesson, Carryduff area.
Thanks

I live in England so cannot comment on Ireland though I suspect it is much the same. Having moved house recently myself I suspect that all estate agents will advertise all properties they have online as most people either look online or only look online, from experience the only property you will find in a good old-fashioned estate agents shop window will be that of a very very expensive property where they are looking for a particular clientele. Stick with online if it is for sale it is online0

There's also daft.ie and myhome.ie with NI properties on them. Probably the same properties but might be worth a Search.“What means that trump?” Timon of Athens by William Shakespeare0

I would not forget about the local newspapers. If they go to the expense of paying for the house to be advertised, then perhaps you know that they are serious about selling.0

Just on a vaguely related side note - one of those websites (PropertyNews) is conducting a survey with a chance to win £100 of Amazon vouchers http://bitly.com/propnews0

Are you looking to buy or rent?
I spoke with our 2 agents: who we bought from and sold with and they both advertise mainly on the 2 sites you mentioned.
Daft.ie is mainly southern. There is gumtree but I wouldn't buy a house from Gumtree lol.
What are you looking for?0
