Without info on what you signed and when can't comment.

Have you tried downgrading to the minimum possible?

If you're in a 12 month contract you can't cancel until 11 months are up. Sorry.

You have entered into a 12 month contract... You will still have to pay the remaining months if you use it or not.

The details are still very scetchy from the OP

but if you have signed up to a 12 month contract then you will be held to that contract, if you ave been foolish enough to try and swap products then you will end up paying for two products at once, the best you can do is either cancel your BT product until NOv?? or reduce sky down to minimum package but you will still end up paying for another 4?? months £60+ minimum.

Yep. Effectively the "free" installation and "free" box weren't really free as they're relying on you paying the monthly amount. Their targets are about £400 per subscriber per year I think.

dont u say something like 'I'm moving house' or 'I'm moving to a tower block where they dont have communal aerial' to worm your way out of sky contracts? Im sure Ive heard that mentioned somewhere
  • rang sky and brought my package down to £15, but since i have paid this months at £37, I dont have to pay anythin in august, £5 to pay in Sept, then £15 each month for Oct and Nov...........so Im happy in a way.....:j
