Hi,
Has anyone had any experiences with Engage Credit?
My Mortgage was sold to them in December and I've had nothing but problems with them since (not down to being a bad payer) just wondered if anyone had any feedback on them?
Thanks

Well my latest one is the fact I'm in the process of doing a transfer of equity which has taken since April and is still not complete!
My solicitor keeps getting told conflicting information from people there and to be honest I'm not entirely convinced they know what they're doing0 -
ive had problems with Engage Credit. I know im in debt by less than a month but ive been hassled regularly by them and received a number of letters from them
i have explained the situation to them and agreed to pay extra each month but they still kept on hounding me and i threatened them with the Financial Ombudsman0 -
Every one has problems with these type of companies that manage mortgage books on behalf of institutional investors.
They are paid to do what they are doing cheaply rather than 'know what they are doing'.I am a Mortgage Broker

Our mortgage has just been sold to this company. I received a letter from them recently requesting a copy of Buildings Insurance documents by email or post. the letter said that if they did not receive a copy within 14 days they would take out insurance themselves for which they would earn commission and they would charge us for it. I emailed a copy twice requesting read receipts or an acknowledgement. I received neither so today I have posted the documents to them by Special Delivery warning that if they take out the insurance I will go to the Financial Ombudsman. Not a good start but at least I know what type of company I am dealing with now.0
