I received a court summons letter from a solicitor regarding an old debt with Cabot Financial. I filled in saying I had never heard of this company and have no knowledge of the debt. I then received a letter back from the solicitor saying I have sent my defence directly to them and they have forwarded a copy of my defence…

Great thank you. I will wait for them to reply to the court and then wait for another letter to come out to me and go from there. Thanks again for the great advice.
