Minimum level of income for IPA/IPO?

I would be interested to know this for certain, as my OR did say that they get new rules out around now and would write to me to confirm the IPA, so it might be that I do not get one as my spare was £50 and she was looking into increasing one of my expenses "maybe" according to new guidelines, which would mean no IPA I HOPE.0

Maybe that was the case, and I have got confused with it being reduced rather than increased. However, I am trying to locate Dear IP guidance that is issued to IPs on internal changes and things like that just to confirm. I'll report back when I find the answer...0

It was reduced, I used to work for the IS as an examiner.
And there may of course be different guideline figures for an IP as compared to the IS.0 -
There are no specific guidelines for IPs. In the firm I work we generally follow the guidelines/policy that the IS work to. Other IPS may be different but that's how we do it. Though by the time we receive a lot of cases the IPA has already been set up.
I stand corrected on the change in figures, I got the figures round the wrong way in that case.0 -
Also to add that it would not be to dear for the OR to administer at £20 as they have a contract with a collection agent with the collection agent taking a percentage of monies collected so there are no capital cost for the OR in collecting IPA'sHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
