We are in the process of borrowing £167,500 for a £237,000 house using equity in our current property. Completed application today a got a credit score of A2. The advisor stated that the process has been underwritten and they have taken the money for the property valuation.
What does this mean in plain English as they stated they need to confirm OH salary, property valuation and life assurance that we have.
Any advice greatly received.
