Hi, can someone tell me who to cancel before the 14 days are up

I cancelled mine a couple of days ago, but couln't find a link that stated "cancel my account"

If I remember rightly, I clicked on the "help" the "contact us" and it came up straight away. It just asks you why you want to cancel.

Login; click Your Account; click Change Account Status; fill out form.

It's as simple as that.

Word of warning, i registered and took my quota of downloads, i did not go over 40 and cancelled the next day. I received an email from them stating i would not be charged but guess what.........i looked at my statement online and there was a payment of £8.99 taken by them. I have emailed them to ask why it was taken and that was 5 days ago, i am still waiting for a reply.
I have the £4.00 validated but i am not holding my breath.
